We have set the number of participants this year at 75, to maintain the same intimate atmosphere we enjoyed last year.

We will keep a first-come, first-served waitlist in the event we exceed that number.


PAY ONLINE The registration fee is $260 in Canadian funds.

The fee must be paid in full at the time of registration – no deposits or partial payments will be accepted.

We only accept registration fees made through

·         PayPal (through the B.C. Radical Faeries website) [link]

·         cheques drawn from Canadian financial institutions

·         money orders in Canadian funds.

The PayPal site is secure, so your credit card information is safe.

A letter of confirmation with additional details needed to prepare for camp will be emailed to registrants.


Cancellations received prior to April 30 will be fully refunded.

After that date, the numbers are reported to Evans Lake and we will be paying for each reserved spot – therefore registration fees will be forfeited for any cancellations received after April 30.

If you must cancel after that date, please try to find someone to take your place and have that person send us their completed registration form. You can arrange with them to reimburse you.

If you are unable to do so (or choose not to), your money will be refunded if (and only if) the spot goes to someone on the waitlist, otherwise it will go to pay for the reserved spot.


We have a limited Faerie Fee Fund (FFF). We will subsidise up to half the cost to applicants on a low or fixed income on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please request subsidy only if you need it, and request only as much as you need.

We encourage those who have the means to do so to sponsor someone who might be unable to attend for lack of funds. If you are able to donate to our fund, please do so as well.BACK TO TOP


This winter and spring, we hope to hold a variety of events to raise funds for the FFF. We also hope that Faes outside the Vancouver area will organise fund-raisers to bring more Fae friends from their local areas to the gathering.

An auction will be held at the gathering to raise money for our FFF as well. We can only accept cash in Canadian funds.
